Would it change your level of effort? Your approach and / or level of consideration? Your purpose for raising the camera?

I took your statement to mean........
Take each photo as if it is your last, and try to make it all appear better that all others, or you best. If that is done, the each photo taken gets better.

Old farms are a treasure trove of photo opportunities. We are very fortunate to have several in the Lehigh Valley and vicinity that date back over a hundred years, still owned by the original families. From the prerequisite farm cat to things like apple presses, these are items that make a farm special.

What a great find Mike. These are great. Thanks for sharing.

Last Saturday was my first photo outing in over year. We went to Merritt Island to enjoy Black Point Drive. What a great feeling to be there enjoying a beautiful day. The birds were around but not in the numbers they would have been a month earlier. The Drive was invigorating as always. The feeling is hard to explain.

Great photos Carol. I love that drive. I lived in Cocoa Beach and worked at the Cape for three years. We used to take the mg midget on that drive. Loved it

Since I retired in 2011, I have some nice shots of Great Egrets in breeding plumage ......but the Snowys in great plumage have always eluded me on the very few opportunities I have had over the years !

This from yesterday with the Sony A9 and Tamron 150-600 G2 @ 600mm f8 from monopod and heavy crop in cloudy/open shade ....

Thanks to ALL for stopping by and commenting ! .....Larry

My opening line was, "What are the most valuable photography things you have learned on YouTube?"

But then you talked about a refrigerator.

Not just in and out Frank, but side to side as well. Usually a zoom is used to fill the frame and that’s it. With a prime the photographer is more inclined to move around, look at the subject from different angles and perspectives before taking the picture.

Yes Mac. Also two, three, four shots to stitch.

I just mentioned in and out as an example. The idea of to use your head.
