My apologies. I was under the impression he was a Democrat. Regardless though, of which party he belongs to, he still had an extra marital affair and was not included in the list.

A woman in a hot air balloon realized she was lost. She lowered her altitude and spotted a man in a boat below. She shouted to him,

"Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I don't know where I am."

The man consulted his portable GPS and replied, "You're in a hot air balloon, approximately 30 feet above ground elevation of 2,346 feet above sea level. You are at 31 degrees, 14.97 minutes north latitude and 100 degrees, 49.09 minutes west longitude.

She rolled her eyes and said, "You must be a Republican.

"I am," replied the man. "How did you know?"

"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct. But I have no idea what to do with your information, and I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help to me."

The man smiled and responded, "You must be an Obama-Democrat."

"I am," replied the balloonist. "How did you know?"

"Well," said the man, "you don't know where you are -- or where you are going. You've risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. You're in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but somehow, now it's my fault."

Definitely dragonflies, or damselflies. A blowfly looks like a really big, nasty housefly, and buzz real loud when they fly. They prefer rotted, smelly locations.

He apologized, several times and admitted that he was wrong, but that is not good enough for the left. What he said is not as bad as having driven a car off of a bridge in Chappaquiddick and killing a woman, or teaching a nephew how to treat a woman on the beach in FL at night. What he said was also not the same as prosecuting people for prostitution and then getting caught with a $1,000.00 an hr whore like Spitzer. Alternatively, even sexting Weiner photos from the Congressional gym/locker room. Neither is it as bad as leaving stains on a blue dress in the Oval Office as well as the numerous charges of groping women or even raping a woman, all of which are apparently Democratic prerequisites for being the Key Note Speaker for the Democratic National Convention this year and meet with the approval of the rank and file Democratic Party.
Yes sir, the Democrats are the party of morality, ethics, fair play, and the protectors of women's rights and women's issues.

Hey, I love you too!!! So typical of some people. You don't agree with them and so they immediately start calling you an "idiot". Kangaroo hole? Huh? Kangaroos don't live in holes. Oh, and we NEVER had the right to have guns so we never gave up that right in the first place.
You see, sure it will probably make you feel safe to have a gun in case some dumb crim walked into your house. Fine. Crims here have guns too. Lots of them. But they don't go around killing innocent people or massacring people. They reserve their bullets for other crims. You may have heard of the spike in shootings here this year. That is simply because some bikies got pissed off with some other bikies and shot up their houses etc. No individuals got shot. Just their houses. Funny that.

Now, you have a nice day, and I'll ignore the fact that you stooped to ridicule me with silly words like "idiot". Because basically we are having a discussion here. I didn't think I was ridiculing you or your country. Just pointing out a difference in gun control and ownership.

You are forgetting to mention why Australians never had a right to bear arms. It is because Australia was settled as a penal colony, so, no they were not allowed to have guns because they were all criminals to begin with.

And just to be clear, I am not saying you are all criminals now, I happen to like Australia and most of the Australian people I have had the pleasure of meeting, just don't agree with their politics.

But it's NOT the crims that a doing the massacres!!! Its the nuts - ordinary citizens that have a gripe with some poor bastard. I'd hate to be a boss that had to fire someone for fear that they would come back and shoot me. A crim can commit a crime with a knife or gun or a machete. They don't shoot if you do what they want. If you had a gun too what are you going to do? Say 'that's not a gun!! This is a gun!!". By the time you get your gun out they would have already shot you. But if it makes you feel good then so be it.

Anyway, that's enough from me. Have your guns. It's your right to have them.

You are incorrect on several points. The first point is that the very act of shooting people makes that person a criminal. And criminals do shoot people, even if they do what they are told. That happens a lot. Criminal will rob businesses and kill the victims, who were 100% compliant with their orders. I had a friend years ago who was a convenience store clerk. He was a feeble, middle aged alcoholic. He was robbed one night, dragged into the mens room and stabbed over 400 times. He had no fight in him, and was 100% compliant to his killers demands, yet he was killed anyway. I was a cop for many years, and during that time I responded to numerous incidents where a homeowner scared off a would be burglar/attacker with a gun. I never responded to an incident where the homeowners gun was used against him, that is left-wing gun control hype.

We are not afraid because we have guns. We are not afraid of guns because we have the right to defend ourselves, if need be. It seems the countries that ban guns are the ones who are afraid. And they are also the ones who are vulnerable to tyranny as well, since they will not have the means to repell it if the need ever arises.

God Bless the USA.

You have to carry a gun because you think everybody else is!!!
You think it's your right to bear arms. Great, then you must believe it's your right to die with a bullet!!!

I agree completely. It is because guns are legal that I must have one for my business. If guns were illegal in the US I wouldn't need one as a taser would do the job quite well. There are literally millions of mentally unstable people in the US and because guns are legal any one of them can obtain guns and shoot up a school yard, theater, shopping mall or neighborhood.

Hey Doc ..... poppycock ..... this has been beaten to death more times than chevy vs ford .....

I meant no attack on gun ownership as I have one...I was just saying that technically we really are not given the right own guns. The NRA know this to be true. That's why they are so vocal. The inevitable interpretation of the amendment will result in guns ownership being made illegal. We are at the beginning of a paradigm shift in the public's perception of guns. In about 10 years, maybe 15 the shift will be complete and gun ownership will have the same social stigma as cigarettes do now. Now, as I said his is at least 10 years down the road so you old guys can relax they will pry your gun from your dead fingers.

The gun lobby is strong and fed by the manufacturers of weapons. As an example: about 22% of the wholesale price of a gun made in the United States goes to finance the gun lobby. It's a business that's all just a business.

The Supreme Court has upheld the meaning of the 2nd Amendment to mean that we, as citizens, have the right to keep and bear arms. It will not be changed in 10-15 years. You are delusional. Where are your citations regarding the idea that 22% of the wholesale price goes to financing gun lobbying? Prove it...
