Attorney General Holder says, "WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO POSSESS GUNS."

TAKES 10 SECONDS ... DO IT AND PASS IT ON.

Guess they were not happy with the poll results the first time, so USA today is running another one...Vote now...

Attorney General Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2nd Amendment gives individuals the right to bear arms. This takes literally 2 clicks to complete.. Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. Then pass the link on to all the pro-gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court's accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms. This is the same idiot that lied under oath that he did not know about "Fast & Furious) debacle that let thousands of guns cross the Mexican border that killed a US agent. (google it)

Here's what you need to do:

First - vote.

Second- launch it to other folks, then we will see if the results get published.

Click to vote: Just takes a second

Why the hell do you guys need guns???? We in Aus have far less shootings, far less gun related accidents and deaths because we DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS!!!! That's right, we don't walk around shooting folks because we got pissed off with someone or something!!! Problem is it's out of control now in the US. You have to carry a gun because you think everybody else is!!!
You think it's your right to bear arms. Great, then you must believe it's your right to die with a bullet!!!

No right to bear arms is reason 1 not to live in Australia.
People like you is reason 2.

In areas where the majority of the people cary guns, the crime rate is a whole lot lower than the rest of the world.

Hey Doc ..... hum, Australia has a knife problem ..... crime and murders using knives is on the rise ..... no guns so the next best thing is what? "knives"

So removing the guns didn't stop the killing ..... removing the guns made it necessary to find an alternate weapon ..... ain't that so mate?

Sorry guys, but it's all crap. Of course you will have crime all over the world, guns or not, but a knife problem? Media frenzy, little factual info. If you want to carry a gun around I wouldn't want you in Australia. How often do you hear of shooting massacres in Aus? We hear of you guys all the time. At least twice a week now. Here if a guy gets pissed off he goes and discuses it and maybe has a fist fight. In USA they just reach for their guns. Why don't you come here and see for yourself? I went to US 4 years ago for a month and had a ball. Great place, lovely people. Just like here. But we don't "need to bear arms". Why do you want guns for anyway? What are you afraid of?

From our beginnings as Americans in our history, our right to bear arms and defend our liberties has shaped not only our future but most of the worlds.

Americans can and will enjoy freedoms others countries do not have the slightest thought of having.

Yes, there are problems but they are our problems.

We are free and having the right to bear arms will keep us free and nobody will take that right away.

I really get annoyed at countries or people who know nothing about America trying to tell US how to live.

As a friendly Brit once said ' Piss Off '

Sounds like your the one scared. I'd feel safer if everyone carried a gun all the time. The lunatics would be weeded out a lot sooner. America wouldn't exist as we know it if Columbus had been scared or George Washington, Hamilton, Adams, Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs.. I'm more scared of a sharp eye with a camera than a fellow man with a gun.(Its the competition, you know) Most in America think a little different. I respect your right to choose not to carry a gun, I hope you would respect mine to carry one. I enjoy shooting at times. Maybe we'll just vote to take away that nice dangerous car you have. Or that nice DSLR or your pencil. More damage has been done with a pen than a gun. Maybe you only want your government to have guns. Yep they know what they're doing and will never change in the next 1000 years. I think History is pretty clear. People don't kill that many people. Government/Rulers have killed millions.

Consider this.
Put yourself head of the FDA. You can make two mistakes. You can allow a drug to go to market that can potentially harm a lot of people... or ... You can prevent a drug from going to market that can potentially help a bunch of people. Which decision will you make. In both cases you kill people. In the first case everyone will know.. In the second case no one will know. Which choice would you make. I would submit that you would make the decision that no one would know.

Senario II
You pass a law to regulate airlines. This drives up the cost of travel. People(me in particular) will drive rather than fly. Driving in particular is more dangerous than flying. Much more.... How many people have died from taking a car trip than a plane trip is unknown. 200 people die in a plane accident.. Everyone knows.

The cost of freedom may be high, but its lower than the alternative. There is no utopia.

Ive got a deal for everyone here that want to regulate guns. You don't vote to take my guns away, and I won't vote to take your camera and pen away.
You give me the right to Bear Arms and I won't vote your rights away to Bare Arms.
Deal?

I'm sure that the people who don't exercise their constitutional right to bear arms wouldn't have a problem taking my rights away. Sounds like we'll all be in chains before it's over.

I just voted with USA today and the current poll is 97-3 in favor of the right to gun ownership. The next thing you have to ask is, "What does Eric Holder care about what the people think?"

Because it is my right to posess a firearm. Of all the governments in this world that have taken gun ownership from their citizens, how many do you think gave up their own guns? Why do you suppose that is? To keep peace maybe? To protect themselves maybe? That kind of raises a question doesn't it?

Right you are , but I personally believe that we were given that right when our constitution was written so the government would have to think twice before they just become a self serving tyranny or maybe a communist dictatorship. Whatever the reason , it seems to always keep the government wasting valuable time on how to slowly take it away.
Funny how we can die by bullets needlessly for something they decide needs doing that is none of our business.
Then there is the other aspect , a seventeen year old in the armed for es will hesitate to shoot anyone on American soil. So if given the order to do so it would be in direct conflict to what he has been taught in the middle of Iowa lets say. If our govt. can disarm us , the. That bridge has. Been crossed.
As far as criminals go, they mostly shoot each other. Sure there are casualtys that are just passing by , but remember , in the places that everyone has a weapon, there is virtually no crime. This never makes the news though.
