On my way to work, I stopped at St. Peter's church. It always inspires me in some way. Today it was the sun on the steeple. Then I arrived at my client's and discovered her amaryllis. Comments welcome. Enjoy.

Yesterday my husband and found a historic home which used to be a boarding school. Included are the surrounding grounds. It's used mainly as a museum and wedding venue now.

It's a used lens (see I can spell when I want to:)) from a camera store I have used for years and bought cameras etc from. They are asking $50 for the Tamron.

I currently have an 18-55mm lense which came with my Nikon d70. I want to get a zoom lense. I found a Quantatary 100-300mm and a Tamron 70-300mm. Both are AF and in excellent condition. Which would be my better choice? Which would I be happier with?

Good morning, Kathy! I too like to shoot landscapes, wildlife, and I'm starting to like old buildings. I also love water. Meeting half way will be great! What days are you available? I work part time. Some days are only a couple of hours.

Looks like we are about a couple of hours from each other. Definitely haven't been to that part of South Carolina.
