As an IT professional we had saying: "backing up to a hard drive is as good as not backing up at all. Personally I backup to the highest quality production DVDs available (as opposed to mastering DVDs), only a little more reliable than hard drives. The best possible backup strategy is to rotate your backups between multiple off site servers. Each time you copy your files the OS will check the file structure and repair it. Even this strategy is not 100% reliable though it is estimated it could provide reliable for thousands of years and has the advantage of keeping you files up to date with changing file structures and OSs. In the end it all boils down to cost effectiveness.
I just remembered, I was looking for a way to adapt my 4x5 with a Mamiya Universal Pro for a back and there is an adapter available for that which may be re-engineered for your purposes. I found several on eBay but I never bought one.
A good source of specialty adapters is https://fotodioxpro.com. If you are familiar with them note that they have changed their URL from fotodiox to fotodioxpro. The old site is no longer supported and may be malicious. The person I know with the most experience with adapters is Bohaus Blahut, he can be found on FaceBook, he also stars in a Canadian Techno Pickers show, kind of like American Pickers. He has done promotional work for FotoDiox.
If you have room on your rail you might adapt a camera back bellows, like this one: https://amzn.to/2Uv9JiT to your DSLR. You would just need to select a suitable lens an make a small light block to go around it
I thought I'd try a frozen pizza, but I'd rather not waste my money on junk. Do you have recommendations for a good, frozen cheese pizza - no pepperoni?
You blame Pharma but Pharma will only charge what the insurance companies will pay. The insurance companies are in an ethical bind to provide medication. We need to return the entire system to the free market and get rind of government meddling that is allowing the problem in the first place.
I have my daily, pocket camera, A DSLR and a Universal Press w back movements which I only use for architecture and landscapes. I could do either without back movements but I find it preferable to do the adjustments in camera rather than post. My DSLR is devoted to portraiture and events but I haven't been using it much since I shut down my studio.
