I wouldn't be looking for a Nikon Manual, The much better alternative would be the Magic Lantern manual for the D200 There is no comparison they are much better to work with.
I had the Takumar screw mount lenses for the Pentax Spotmatic..In fact I still have them stashed away I have hundreds of slides taken with them.
I have the Plustek 7500 Instructions as how to operate the device is pathetic 7 different languages none of which makes sense I tried to get an instruction manual to no avail It took me months to figure it out Once I got it working it does a good job
