Relative to my mood it either appears to be a moose or a cow jumping. At the moment it looks more like a moose. No wait, it now looks like a cow. Definately a cow or maybe a moose or not. Whatever it is it is definitely jumping.

Every generation is sure that their youth was spent in “the good old days.” I remember my great grandfather telling about his and I am sure my great grandchildren will do the same in turn. Why not just enjoy today and look forward to tomorrow and not lament what has passed as if they were the only days worth living? Lighten up!

My opinion, the deer was right there and they just didn't see it because it was dark out. The red flash assist light was just bright enough to illuminated it in the picture.

I agree with you about the "worthless" part. I've yet to find one that didn't end up referring me to a live "agent", some of whom I could understand and who could actually help.

There is a program named 'ToDo PC Trans Pro that is able to transfer data, settings, and programs from an old pc to a new one. I used it to migrate from my Windows 10 pc to a new Dell Windows 11 machine and it worked well. Also, I did not need to worry about incompatible hardware drivers. You might want to check it out.

I’m wondering who’s going to do the work after they let Dave go. I’m sure none of the ones standing by doing nothing will will want to do it.

None of them will want to do it but in many cases, one or more of them will have to take on the job until some other poor worker can be hired at less pay. The problem is that none of these managers have a clue as to how to actually do the work so the project will become a chaotic mess and the product will be awful.

Well, there's an answer. Nuke the planet and let it start from scratch.

Nuking the planet would also kill off innocent creatures and plants that have had no part in creating the products of our folly. Also, there are still a lot of people who are reasonable, compassionate, and basically good folks. Some of my optimism that the human race is capable of something better has not died.

Judging by what we see in places like the Attic, we'll need to outlaw a lot more than politicians if you really want peace.

Unfortunately, you are correct in your assessment. I used to be optimistic about the possibility of achieving peace but in the last few years that optimism has been sorely tested. So many persons today glorify violence and even more have lost the ability to reason.

Management is never going to make the decision to make any cuts that impact their own continued employment. Unfortunately, Dave will always be the first one to end up standing in the unemployment line. The sad part is that "Management" often is responsible for making the poor business decisions that led to the need for layoffs in the first place. "C'est la vie" but not the way that it should be.

I hate messages like this. I was typing an email, and this popped up.

"Something Went Wrong - Changes were not saved."

What changes? How could the computer not know? I didn't do anything that had to be saved. Stupid computer!

Depending on what method you use for your email it is possible that an "Autosave" feature failed to save "update" your message. I know that the method I use autosaves as I type so if there is ever a "Hiccup" on their server or on my laptop not all is lost.

After reading the article I am still unable to discern what exactly are Clint Eastwood's fans worried about. He seems to be doing quite well at age 93.
