While I cut my teeth, so to speak, on a Boy Scout snapshot camera and my Aunt's old Kodak Brownie, my first real 35mm camera was a fixed lens Kodak Retinette 1A rangefinder, which I used with a light meter. I still have it, but no longer use it. Next, I had a Nikormatt FTN, which I used for years and years. I have one in my antique camera camera collection, but not the one I actually used.
Gorgeous shots! I was there several years ago. Some friends from NYC will be visiting me in Tampa next month for the holidays. We have planned a trip to Ft. Meyers and Naples.
Greetings!
FYI: I collect antique cameras. A German company, Exakta, produced the VX series, which was a left-handed 35mm film camera. All the controls are reversed. I have an early version from the 1950's, but I think later versions were produced up to 1970.

I'm spending two weeks in the Clearwater-St Pete area in January 2022. What are some "Must See" photo opportunities in about 1.5 hour radius? Thank you!
I live in Tampa, across the bay. I would second all of the spots already mentioned. There are lots of local parks as well. Two others would include Weeden Island Preserve (almost in St. Pete.) and the Botanical Gardens in Largo.
Beautiful picture of Cincy!
I have bought several refurbished/reconditioned computers directly from Apple online. There is a link at the bottom of their website They usually are 10-20% cheaper than brand new, come with original accessories and a year-long warranty. Of course they will be more pricey than what you will find on Ebay or at Walmart.
And I thought I had a large collection... yours has me beat!
Great shot - haven't been to Pittsburgh in years.
Chicago has some great architecture. Thanks for this wonderful series of photographs.
Superb pictures - brought back many memories. I lived in Vienna for a year in undergraduate school and am supposed to celebrate a 50th reunion there in May. I also have been back to Austria a number of times over the years.
Lovely pictures - visited the Alhambra about 7 years ago.
Great Black and White shots - especially the clouds. The porch scene reminds me of Chinesgut Manor House run by the Tampa Historical Museum.
He has a wonderful eye and sense of composition.
Both are great shots, but I prefer the black and white. It is more dramatic to me.
