I recently purchased the Topaz DeNoise AI, downloaded it, but now cannot open it. All I get when I try to open is a message that I do not own a copy! Tried to reach Topaz Labs for help, but so far no luck. Would like to know if anyone has a contact number or e-mail address for Topaz? I have sent a message to them, but so far have not had a response, not sure if message went through.

Please try this
Topaz Labs <help@topazlabs.com>
This is what I used recently.
Thanks!

I enjoy close-up photography as it allows you to show detail that we normally take for granted and hardly ever pay attention to. IMHO, it is simply amazing.

I shot this rose with a Canon 5D Mark IV and a Canon 100mm f/2.8 II lens along with Helicon Remote.
It was originally on a table covered with a black velvet cloth but upon viewing in PS, I did not like all the detail that showed up on that so, I simply used the lasso tool in PS and placed my cutout on a black background.

This was my first time using Helicon Remote.

Comments/suggestions welcome.

Super shot! Did you use photo stacking method? The depth of the filed looks excellent if you did not use the photos stacking. Thanks for sharing!

This is my preserved Asian Beetle. They like to dine on the leaves of the vines along our fence with their friends the Japanese Beetles.

I staged it for a focus stacking session using the reverse mounted 28mm lens mounted onto a reversed mounted magnifying lens and bellows to dial in the amount of magnification required to get the subject to fill the view of the camera. Illumination was my goto constant LED lighting diffused with translucent drink cups and white paper towel.

This is a 271 stack of images processed into one with Zerene Stacker using PMax method.

As always, thanks ever so much to all who view and for your comments, suggestions, questions and critique.

One more edit of the first warbler with different software used including Topaz DeNoise AI - by the time this one is cropped and exposure brought up the noise was awful so DN-AI and then the painterly treatment. I also cloned in some faint clouds - I did get a slight fringe around part of the bird - well it was an experiment - better luck next time.
Second one is a different shot with foliage and flowers processing was a combination of lightroom, photoshop and Topaz DeNoise AI.

#2 is great - I viewed it in download and zoomed in. Cannot understand why you needed new gear?

Thanks for viewing and the comment! My "old" gear is Nikkor 800mm F5.6E FL. It is an excellent piece of lens but it is heavy. I travel often internationally for business. I always carry two camera bodies, along with 24-70 lens and 70-200 with converter. But it is still not long enough in some cases. The purpose to get this new lens to accompany me when I travel. Thanks!
