I am using the K&F Concept adapter on my Sony a6000: https://www.amazon.com/Mount-Adapter-Concept-mount-Camera/dp/B06WVNLVC1/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1515334905&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=K%26F+concept+nikon+to+sony+e&psc=1
I bought it direct from China via eBay, it arrived within 2 weeks. I am quite satisfied with it and the build quality is excellent for the price. It has an aperture ring for Nikon lenses that don't have external aperture control (Nikon-G lenses.) The adapter has a nice snug fit.
I really like the artistic effect - very nice!
A good post to ponder over. I suspect that most of the rude comments are made by individuals who feel empowered and brave behind the anonymity of their computer keyboards and other devices.
As someone else mentioned, there was a problem with the display resolution (particularly nVidia drivers) due to a November Update - at least this was my experience. I had to roll back the driver and then everything was back to normal. Google “roll back windows 10 NVIDIA driver” or have your son do that for you.
That's a beautiful shot! I made several myself on a cloudy day last month (I'm about a half hour from there in Flemington NJ) but yours is very nicely done.

Actually nothing. Uploaded to the wrong section. Admin will fix it. My bad.
No, you put it in the right section - General Chit Chat non-photography. I loved it!
I had a similar experience a couple of years ago. I carry pepper spray, since it is so tough to get a conceal-carry gun permit in NJ.
Great shots! I live in Flemington, about 5 minutes from Northlandz. I haven't been there in several years but remember that the lighting was a mixture of florescent and tungsten, so I had to do some adjusting with the WB (I always shoot in RAW.)
Yup - I'm just 20 minutes away from there in Flemington. I usually grab a camera and a greyhound foster (if I have one at the time) and walk along the Landsdown Trail to Clinton. The town is especially nice to photograph during the Christmas holidays.
I saw that - congratulations! A splendid shot!
I never bothered with Photos on my iMac, but have continued to use Aperture with the Google Nik plug-ins and Luminar. I know eventually Aperture will simply stop working as the OS is updated. Apple's recent behavior is the exact reason why I abandoned Microsoft Windows in 2008.
Like most other folks have said, I use it for shooting wildlife and low light conditions where flash is not allowed or desired. I find that when I use auto ISO with flash on my D610, the photos tend to be over exposed a bit.
