Thank you for the compliment!

Thanks and noticed either rain or finger print on lens. Oh well 😀
Hi Peter
There is a boat ramp on great neck road right before the entrance to New Seabury that will get you into the Mashpee River pretty easily.
I am nearby and feel free to drop me a line (Goodman.jim705@gmail.com) and I may join you.
Best regards,
Jim
Thank you.
Cannon 70D with Tamron 150-600 G2 from 2 person kayak.
Best regards,
Jim
Fantastic! I have the G2 and Cannon 70D. Thanks for sharing
They’re great and thank you! Just curious how you like your P900 since looked at that camera and ended up getting the Canon SX730 for Kayaking.
Thank you. Last one favorite. Very nice!
Question
For birding and wildlife isn’t it better to use shutter priority? The rationale being for birds in flight. I have a Tamron 150-600 G2 zoom and handhold it in a kayak. Worried about blurring.
The Nikon P1000 looks excellent and checked out the earlier model P900 since lower price point. Went with a Canon SX730 since nice and light (cheaper) too with an excellent zoom (24-940).
I just got a Canon SX730 and very compact with an optical 40X zoom for $379. No view finder or raw processing.
Early but very happy with it. Also looked at the Nikon Coolpix 900 and bridge camera. A little too bulky and wanted something too could easily take out on a kayak for wildlife.
Biggest issues with these are the small sensors. That is the trade off as well as cost.
