Have finally began to get the tiniest glimmer of understanding (Some might disagree ) of how the camera works and every so often manage to take a pic that is an improvement on when I first acquired my D3300 a year ago. some comment to this regard would be helpful. The shots taken with the D3300 were on Aperture priority and Shutter speed. Whilst the Shots taken with my P900 are all on Auto.I have made no special attempt to properly compose as will be noted.

Thank you JoAnne - if I may ask which was you favourite I only ask as I was using two different cameras.

Well done! You seem to have mastered both cameras. I am impressed with the focus accuracy of all of the photos but my favourite is #1. Love the colour and your composition in #1.
Regards, Garth

They’re great and thank you! Just curious how you like your P900 since looked at that camera and ended up getting the Canon SX730 for Kayaking.

Thanks for your comment.I do enjoy my P900 and am not looking at replacing it I did want to upgrade to DSLR which I did a year ago when I got the D3300 which I am still learning to use.
