You didn't mention the reason why she came out in the open after she wanted to be anonymous. It has been reported the reason why

Well the reason was I put two links in my post. Her congresswoman called the tip line at the WP. So she got outed by her own party. Still is suspect.

I don't care what side of the ail your on, Senator Feinstein had the letter in July, the matter should have came up at the beginning of the hearings. She said that the person wanted to remain anonymous. All of a sudden this person speaks to the Washington Post or has the their name leaked. Article from WP https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/california-professor-writer-of-confidential-brett-kavanaugh-letter-speaks-out-about-her-allegation-of-sexual-assault/2018/09/16/46982194-b846-11e8-94eb-3bd52dfe917b_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.23e39cb923ba,

This all would have been shot down if it wasn't for the #meto movement. She didn't want her name to be used, she doesn't want to testify and not knowing the year, where or exactly when this happened is suspect. She didn't confide in a girlfriend? Come on I know maybe not telling your parents because you don't want to get in trouble, but teens talk. If this did happen others know about it.

I took this a few weeks ago. Tonight, I wanted to edit it differently, sticking a little less to the colors I saw, and brightening it up a bit. I am curious if it looks over cooked to others. Your thoughts on that would be appreciated. Download requested/recommended.

That is a nice shot. I don't think it looks over processed.

Chris sorry to hear that you feel the way you do about the camera company. Look at it from a different perspective, the camera is I am guessing 7 or 8 yrs old maybe? It acted up and needed repair, the repair was covered for 6 months and 8 months later the camera has another issue. Your money would be better spent on buying a new camera kit or newer body. Think of it this way, it is like having a transission rebuilt in your car and you have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty, the trans goes again at 9,000 and 7 months. The shop will fix it once more and that is it. That is when you cut your loses. If the camera still works take it for a trade, BestBuy will take a trade, or anyone of the camera dealers. You may not get much but it would help offset the price of a new camera.

I to wondered why the EXIF data isn’t given, but then realized that this sight isn’t set to automatically give the info like some sights do.

The data does help when looking at photos, you can learn from what lenses and focal length was used along with appeture combto get a certain look. By studying the photos and data you can get a sense of what you are doing right or wrong. It gives a person a jumping off point to start long exposures, maybe moon shots, sports. We all needed to start somewhere, maybe you were given some basic settings and told to experiment from there.

I had come across this photo while scrolling through my Facebook thread and replied that I perceived that this shoe photo has a gray background and Teal trimming, others perceived it as pink and white. Can someone please explain how this occurs and does this have the same effect when editing photo's on your editing software?

Looks like pink and white on my iPad. Now the reason the image looks different on some devices is the settings for your screen. The back;ighting be turned up or down, warmer or cooler colors selected. Monitors be calibrated or not.

I didn’t read through the whole thread. If no one suggested the Photos App on the MacBook, your daughter can start there for basic editing and it’s free.

As long as you do not attempt to stack screw on ND filters. You will get vignetting.

That was the 3/6 stacked for 9 stops.

I bought a set of Gobi 3/6/10 stop screw on filters. The company is Australian and does not have a lot of reviews but the reviews I did read pusuaded me to try them. They work great for me.

Some people start off shooting in daylight and find they like low light photography. After shooting at higher ISOs they find they have very noisy photos due to the sensor so they upgrade. This is one example.

Take a look at 3Legged Things. Nice tripods at decent prices. I bought 3 different tripods and returned them before going with 3Legged Things.

Well, we were promised that the left would run interference.
Who is going to be the next leader of the dems? What are the dems platforms for keeping the economy moving? How are they going to fund all the "free stuff" they want to give away?
They are the party of resist, resist, resist, and impeach, impeach, impeach.
They are the party of NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING.
BTW: Gitmo is still open.

NeilL maybe the dems can use goFundme or some other crowd sourcing scheme?
