I like the first photo, but wonder if the redbud is too dark?

The Prescott Dells. Was just there. The town has gentrified a lot.

I have actually had the camera or phone out and capturing something new for a change. It’s kind of a hodge podge but hey, it’s Free Sunday. Let me see what you’ve been doing even if it’s leftovers you didn’t get posted before now.

Well, nothing big, just another Berkshire County, MA, USA, sunset as the sun moves north minutes a day.

Lovely. A few thousand years of putting up stones for more grass makes for iconic stone walls.

I took this photo Oct. 2016 of the D. H. Day Farm at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Leelenau County, Michigan. It had been a beautiful Fall day but it was just beginning to cloud over.

That's a shovel front, very like the BErie one I learned on, back in 1962, at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.

Tinkering with the display options for my 24-inch Retina iMac (OS 12.2.1) and wondering if others have experimented with the many, often large, differences among Adobe RBG, Apple RGB, P-3, etc.

All thought welcome.

When was the last time you calibrated your monitor. Every monitor needs to be calibrated, even new ones, and as they age they need to be calibrated at least once a month. I calibrate my monitor every two weeks.

If you haver calibrated your monitor you do not have an object view point.

I will agree with you that the photo is well saturated, but it works for me.

As long as it works for you, that's all that matters to me.

A very recognizable scene. However, on my 24-inch iMac, the colors are garish. Was that your intent?

Our area received up to a half inch of ice several days ago, turning our part of the world into an ice palace.

This ancient elm has withstood many seasonal threats, and seems to have shrugged off another, even as all about branches and trees were felled by the weight of the ice.
