How beautiful, Larry! I especially like the last with the lotus in all stages of life from bud to seed pod.

Thanks so much, Donna.

Here are a few pics from a gorgeous day in the Bronx. A couple of lotus blossoms, a friendly dragonfly, and a water lily.

Lovely shots Corolyn. I especially like the last one. Is that a wild rose of some sort?

I have purchased equipment on Greentoe twice and was rewarded with very good prices. The owner of Greentoe was quick in answering my questions and on one occasion asked me if I would like to revise a bid as it as much too low and there were no takers. When I followed his advice, my bid was accepted with still a considerable savings off of mfgrs. listed retail price. You have nothing to lose as all dealers who are affiliated with Greentoe sell USA equipment, brand new with OEM warranties. I got my Lumix gx85 for 100 bucks less than manufac. retail-$499.00 as opposed to $599.00 and tax was included as well as shipping.

I have started a hobby in the last couple of years - orchids. This is a very small orchid, and will live it's life in a 3" pot. This is the first time it's bloomed. For those interested in orchids, this is a Tolumnia Jairak Firm 'Orange Bull', an equitant ondicium clone, very easy to grow. The flowers measure 1". The colors on the large petals look blurred - they really look that way!

Taken with the Panasonic Lumix FZ1000.

Very nice shot. Equitants, as We orchid growers used to call them, originate from Jamaica. They like it bright, hot and humid. Montana? Good luck.
