Was that a Canada built Ford.. as I do not remember that Grill or the Chrome Trim on the side???
I don't think so. That grill was standard for 1958. The above was the side trim for a standard Fairlane, the base model.
The Fairlane 500 had different side trim. See below.
This one is a Fairlane 500 Skyliner.

I absolutely love the capture of the rusty Ford. However, on first impression, the fountain makes it resemble an AWACS Ford! Maybe the new stealth armaments are coming out with a different type of camouflage?
Yes, LOL! I almost didn't post this one because I didn't like the positioning of the fountain sticking out of the top. However, I did like the color co-ordination.
Some of us Navy CT's flew on them (AWACs) out of Keflavik (I think), but I was never stationed there.

Nice job of cloning out the clutter including the reflections in the door. The reason I asked about the hood ornament is because a lot of other cars could look like Duesenbergs but that hood ornament really set them apart.
It certainly did, very distinctive.
I appreciate ALL the comments I get here. Thank you all!

What happened to the iconic Duesenberg hood ornament. Could it be a coach builder option?
It was there, but my editing is not that precise, yet. Those small items like mirrors & hood ornaments sometimes get left behind. That Duesenberg hood ornament was especially a real "doozy" to work around.
See below.
I've got them in the woods behind our house, and I hear them all the time at night. We've lived here 31 years and I've NEVER actually seen one. I look for them all the time while walking in the woods.
Once, while getting a Christmas tree at a farm about 35 miles from home, I saw one about 20 feet up in a tree just sitting on the limb. Only one I've ever seen in the wild.
