I guess he's been hiding for a while
We visited there in September 2015 and finding Cumil which means "The watcher" doing what was intended by the painter/sculptor, Viktor Hulik, to generate discussion of the sculptures meaning. Was he just a sewer maintenance worker resting or ogling young ladies' lower extremities. During the restoration of the old city, many sculptures were placed nearby for the same reason. Another sculpture that should be of interest to UGH is one called "paparazzi". Statue of a photographer shooting around a corner at "the famous" leaving the restaurant Paparazzi. I read that this restaurant has closed down and since they owned the sculpture the town is negotiating to bring it back to the area.
Great place to visit.
