Tilde this will settle your stomach get the blender and fill it with vinilla ice creme as full as possible and then fill the rest of the way with Welches Red or grape juice and blend milk shake consistancy and drink. It will help and it will stay down.

Canon is coming out with a 35mm camera that is waterproof down to 200ft. in March just read a mag. at library.
The old Brownie starmite, then instamatic, 3rd a Leica 35mm, 4th a Nikion F2 photomic with 200mmm lens and a Nikon 8008 with 35 to 135 mm zoom.
A friend suggested The Fugi HS20 to me. Its lense is a 35 to 700mm lense on the camera for 500.00 dollars at my camera store.
Go to the upper pennisula and see all of the beatuiful water fall they have up there.
