I second Jerome (ghost town with more people than ghosts!). Get a pic of the old gas station on the way in if it is still standing. A couple of parking lots. You can stop for lunch and see the town in 1-1 2/3 hours. In TGC, get to a sunrise spot early (need to drive because buses do not run that early). Take the buses around TGC as you can get on and off at numerous spots for photos. Wide angle 16MM and 150MM will suffice.

Try Jerome, Tuzigoot National Monument, Montezuma Castle and Well, Clarkdale Copper Museum, Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff rather than wasting time in same old over cliche'd Sedona. Then go see Grand Canyon. Early morning and Late afternoon in the canyon for great light and shadow, if you are lucky enough there might be a thunderstorm to add drama. Think of the Canyon cliche shots and try to be different there are so many opportunities up and down the rim road to stop and get different views.

If one is using the new LR CC, not Classic, are not your photos in iCloud as one of a 'back-up'? ( I only use Classic)
I also have 3 B/Us and fireproof box for one of them.

If you need an excuse to buy a Fuji sooner rather than later, this is a good one.

Thanks, now to convince my better-half!

I have a question concerning the price of Fuji cameras like the X-E3. Will there be any increase in the future of these cameras?

Luminar is a relatively new one that will offer data management later this year as well processing. Relatively inexpensive offers data, management, a slick processing module and is the easiest to master in my experience. There are a number of others as well. Here are a couple of links to compare some:

Happy hunting!

Cheers!

I agree! Remember that Luminar is a stand-alone or a LR plugin. I use it as a plug-in as Luminar does not have a DAM as yet. Promised in the near future (2018).
Another, that is for PS is Zone System Express 4 (I also have). A panel with all you may need containing easy to use actions.

I was at a waterfall in Kauai last Sept and someone had a drone capturing the scene from different angles. It was noisy as in 'droning on and on'. Also took away our enjoyment of the falls and you must wait until the drone gets out of the frame to take your own photo. I know that drones can be programmed with no-fly zones but pretty soon there might not be enough memory to hold all that no-fly data! Asking the local authorities as has been suggested is good advice if you must use a drone. That being said, I would love to play around with a small drone but would I think I would have a hard time finding a place to use it in the future.

Pursuant to this discussion, I am playing around with WB. In the latest LR, I have noticed that when deselecting the WB eyedropper, and moving my curser on and off the photo, the WB changes. A rare occurrence and I am trying to duplicate the steps. Anyone else notice this?

Once I got a Fusion drive iMac of course I just install on the Fusion Drive and use the TB external SSD for temp files and raw cache for PS & LR.

I was told that, when I asked Apple, I could not tell the computer which drive to install an app on. So can you tell me how you did it? Thanks.
