The city of Chicago will "tax" at every opportunity. Even students working on a project are subject to the tax.
Seems like the surrounding suburbs and county parks don't have such permit requirements.
Do you all see anything like this in your neck of the woods?

WELL....If no cameras around then the people who do the bad stuff and destroying things don't have to worry about someone identifying them ...so the beat goes on....Robbery , assault, drug trade, Rape ,and whatever else goes on....Just my take on it....

In photoshop you can also add texture...and on a sliding scale.... It adds to the outcome...

I want to make a couple of canvas prints - 16 x 20 I think. I know that the size of my original may be altered when transferred to a different size. So...how can I handle this? I have a picture, and have cropped it to what I want. Now what? Is there some way to save it or specify how I want it done when I order the canvas?

I am in the process of buying one of the three mentioned cameras. I had a D7100 but returned it and subsequently discovered from some reviews that there is a problem with mounting the lens and oil around the mirror. I gravitated toward the D610, and generated some interest in Canon 6D. I am trying to get some advise in making a selection between the Nikon D610 and Canon 6D. Thanks in advance

I have to shoot a group of 40 youngsters at an(indoor) pool side. I am planning on 3 rows. I have not been to the venue yet so I don't know what the ambient levels are. I do know that I will be shooting across the narrow side of the pool approx. 30' away. I have the option to use (AC) mono 1600watt lights/umbrellas, or (battery) 2 canon 580EX flash. I am concerned about running any AC near water. My limitations are that there is only a 4' walk around ! Ceiling is high like a gym. Ladder will fit sideways. I expect movement ( hi shutter speed) due to the group will be all children. Any suggestions will be most appreciated.
