I love your photo! This is exactly the type of water I would love to achieve.
I do not have a remote but have used my self timer...wouldn't that work? I like this challenge. A new idea for me to play with, thanks!
I have not done any panorama shots. Don't you need a wide angle lens to take them? Sorry if that seems like a dumb question.
Here is one from today - shot around 9 AM (earliest I could get there today but plan to go back). This is a different location. I was trying to locate a fall that someone that lives in my area suggested but I couldn't find it. Give me some feedback on this one. My comment - the color of the water - I did not use a filter (other than my UV). Some contrast adjustment done.
Holtwood Dam Waterfall
I am anxiously awaiting mine too. Probably next week.
I love number 3! Congrats! Good luck with the pricing and presentation.
What type of polarizer specifically?
Ha well I have to become better photographer, I still take alot to get a few good ones.
I enjoy the challenge of trying to get the perfect water shot.
ha ha ha...42 or less would be an improvement!
WOW! I love these, the bird looks like he/she was posing!
Ricketts Glen State Park Benton, PA. 22 waterfalls - absolutely gorgeous place. Plan to spend at least an entire day! I want to go back and stay overnight and really take my time getting the right photos. Fall is the best time to go due to the foliage and the waterfalls.
Love the composition of number 2, I like the water better in number 1.
docrob - ha ha ha. Yep and I love the dreamy look when done correctly but I have yet to get one right. I have been practicing so I can go back to the most beautiful place in Pennsylvania - land of 25 or so waterfalls. And I need to go back to this place, retake the pictures in the correct light. Not sure when I can get that done. But will definitely post if they turn out.
