Surprise admin doesn't step in more but I and others believe the ones MOST offending ARE the admin. There is no other reason some get away with what they do

I've had good luck with Wasabi. Although, after a few years 2-3, they bloat at which point I throw away and re-buy.

If they blot at the wrong time you could have an issue getting them out and ruin your golden opportunity. Mine swelled when I was practicing for the 2017 eclipse and I had to remove it w/o taking it off a tracking telescope. Would have ruined a once in a life time chance. I'm glad I caught it in one of my 25 practice runs

I have never had a problem with after-market batteries. They are very well made in the same factory.
Do you think that Nikon makes their own?

How could you POSSIBLE know what factory they are made in.

The 18-135 is not a GOOD lens - OK if you do not look close or if you have really never had a GOOD lens. None of the earlier wide range APSC DSLR lenses are any GOOD - only the short range ones are. Sad, but true .....8-(

And yes, I am ready for all the push back on this statement ...
.

I have the 18-135 lens and have 10 wall hangers with them all 16x20 size. Sharp as I ever need. I try to crop in the camera and not blow up tiny sections.

If the OP wanted a prime lens, he would’ve asked a different question.

I like the 100 macro, but as a retired dentist I took a lot of intraoral photos and that gave me a true 1:1 and a more comfortable working distance. For flowers and insects the extra distance is nice

I know I’ll get pilloried for this but, as an old (either way you want to take it) English teacher, it’s “they’re (they are).” “Their” is the possessive - “it’s their dog.” OK. I’ll quit, but again, the expression on their faces is great.
Thanks.

If you're an old English teacher NEVER read USER ID'S post with his fancy spelling
