The ghosts are the MIA - I believe that a wall of the same nature should be erected opposite this memorial listing the MIA and if found chiseled off, leaving a scar, and placed on the "Wall". I also believe that such a memorial should be erected for each "War" with as much of a complete list as is possible, both Causality and MIA and it be set as part of the expense of declaring present and future action.
