Another indoor natural light portrait; an informal figure study.

would like this with a different back drop. The model and the pose as well as the posing are great.

What evidence do you have of that? I taught high school for 33 years and what you are saying is entirely the opposite of my impression.

that is something i had read, but upon looking, it appears to apply to many adults in the country, not actually to the students. Apparently we still forget that which we don't understand or care to know about?

I wonder if today's high school graduate would know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. I seriously doubt it.

They don't. Sadly, they really can't tell them apart.

I suspect a lot of my question can be answered by playing around in PS but in general, what gives me more control over greys, blacks...etc

1. Shooting Monochrome in my Canon 90D
2...Shooting regular and converting to B&W in PS

Any preferences at all that are worth knowing about?

Thanks

green and grey. right side and left side dominant turn out to be mostly myths. so those who see other than grey and green are probably simply delusional?

Big fish, Big meal?

looks just over the kentucky size limit of 22 inch. Where caught? This past summer I took the grandboys out on a charter. The younger caught a 37.5 incher and the older boy got a 30 incher. The rest just over the limit size. But, regardless, nice photo. Like what it says.

My grandson is getting interested in photography and using my camera. Seems to love birds and also "learning" (in quotes since he doesn't want instruction much vs playing and learning). A tad heavy on the Topaz sharpening but still.....pretty nice.
