I Know most of you are concerned about the bumps on her face ! This is part of her , she did not want me to alter her appearance too much. She is very pleased with the photo and she is very picky on how she looks. THANKS for ALL the input.
I am new in this program . #1 original #2 Portrait Pro #3 B&W in GIMP 2.10
I did not like the line going through the head on the background. Added more light to the subject's left side, lightened the hair, and toned down the highlights on cheek and nose. Thanks for the previous comments. Here is a before and after 1,2,3

I redone the photo, took out the catch light on the right, and lighten it up on the right a bit, also lighten the hair. Thanks all for the input and advice .
First I used GIMP 2.10 which is a lot like Photoshop to get rid of the stuff I do not want in the Photo, then I use Portrait Pro 18, be careful !!!! You can do too much processing in this program. This is my wife, she loves it.
