Any other comments, suggestions, advice ?
I am ok with a minivac if safe to use.
Can’t realistically take it on the road however
Decided to try the Carson 4.5X 30 mm Camera Sensor Magnifier
1 On the box is "*Not compatable (sic) with mirrorless cameras". Did not see this in Amazon ad. My bad.
As I intended to use on a Nikon D200 and D300 and Sony 6400, I seem to be out of luck.
Yes/no/comments/solutions? There is a larger 40 mm device. Is this more usable to me or just for larger sensors?
2 Are these devices even necessary? On one YouTube video, the presenter just turned on his cell phone light and used it to highlight the sensor.
3 Looking at more videos, it appears these devices have trouble at times with various mounts. Not clear but maybe some mounts, due to size, prevented accurate focusing on the sensor. Is this an issue?
Thanks for advice.
My bad. My dumb, etc…
“ Included with Zippered Pouch and 2 CR2032 Button Cell Batteries | The SensorMag is NOT Compatible with Mirrorless Cameras”. On last line if ad on Amazon
So is there a gadget for mirrored and un mirrored cameras ?

One more request:
Sensor cleaning swabs and fluid - suggestions please.
Thanks
Not really as I have several hundred and shifting/searching through them with a pc is much faster
The labels make it easier to group and find similar items: chicken, sauces etc
Could send to an iPad or laptop in the kitchen. Always concerned re grease, flour etc getting on these devices
I just print it out for now
Not sure if Alexa with a screen could be used but would be nice if it could
Bridge works great for me for photos.
I like to cook and often scan or download recipes as PDFs. I have created a library of recipes in Bridge and can easily attach a tag such as Italian, Comfort food, sauce etc. Pretty easy to flip through and view the recipe and print if needed.
Makes it very easy to find stuff
Presumably there are lots of other similar activities where this would be useful.
Copy and paste onto a slightly larger blank (white) file.

Downtown has some interesting buildings. Arts district close by. Nasher sculpture center. Perot Museum
Old Red courthouse is pretty building
White Rock lake might have some nice sunsets. Replica of Mt Vernon on west side of lake
Arboretum is nice except for heat
Fair Grounds have 1930s buildings
Can be fun. Allows to shoot middle of day. Must process the output. Tons of videos on YouTube.
Converted camera easiest to use but can be issues with hotspot with some lenses so check in advance
Can one clean an SLR sensor (Nikon D 200 converted by Lifepixel to IR) same as an unconverted sensor?
Thanks
