Sixty years ago I was taught that the shortest distance between two points was a portion (arc) of the great circle connecting those two points. I wouldn't want my vacation ruined by landing at "Lizard Airport" rather than Hawaii because of linear travel calculations.
All are excellent shots. I do prefer the color especially in number one. The contrast is beautiful.
Beautiful picture. I wonder if this is the little red fox who jumped over the big brown dog.
Since the Long Corp in the background manufacutred auto parts perhaps it is waiting for a packard front grill. Just a guess.
Excellent shots. Tell your grandson he needs to keep more pressure on the downhill ski and not lean into the hill. God, its been a long time since I raced but at 80 I still think I'd like to give it another try. (Grandiose thinking perhaps but I like to daydream.)
I found that the black cartridges worked fine but the color cartridges were terrible when I used them for printing pictures.
I really like them both equally--the black & white for its starkness and foreboding, and the color for the texture of the rocks.
That makes ssense. Thanks.
Beautiful black and white. It really works here. I am puzzled however by the "2" to the left of the stairs in photo of church.
Thank you. Didn't know that.
