I have been instructed and believe returning to the move tool is the accepted method(does no harm)

I've had a 12-24 1:4 for several years. Great but not cheap. I believe they have a similar current choice.
I tried GIMP and was disappointed. I believe you'll get everything you want from Elements.
If you want to get artistic(oils etc) I suggest Painter. I have Painter 10 and use it for special rquests. Best,
I agree. Use Elements 9 and have tons of free plugins from internet sites.

I agree. PSE 9 does all I need and then some. The free plugins expand to areas used in full CSE.
There really is no argument here except for the various ideas of photography and what we do with the shots we take. I provide a service to some woman who want to see what they look like in different hair, outfits, shoes etc. Saves a lot of time and it's fun at the same time. There is no wrong photography, only a difference of opion and style. Happy to be a newbie in this group. looks interesting.
I'm sure there is a line between enhanced photos and out and out photoshop alterations. The later being fake more so than the former. I blend both..thats why I am "Drfrankenshop) www.drfrankenshop.com I use this service for fun for those who wish to get their photos altered and blended
