Found this in my travels yesterday; a thrift store just north of Philadelphia. On the back of the frame was written Horace Brown (not sure of the last name). It shows Horace as a young man, middlle aged and older. For $3 I thought it was a very cool item.

I love old photographs. I dabble a little in antiques and have ran across so many. I like your photo of the old photo!

Any advise on good facilities for renting a Canon 100-400 or the new Tamron 100-400? I'm in New Mexico.

I have only rented once, it was through Lens Giant. Good experience and their price was a little better than B&H and some of the other more popular places.

I want to thank everyone that critiqued my photos. I knew that I had the right gear, but it was getting the right gear, on the correct settings and sitting in a good location that produce these photos at my grandson wrestling match. Although the opposing team didn't have a team member his weight class, I started clicking away at those that did. During the match, I was approached by 2 people from my grandsons school to share my photos in there yearbook and in the teams wrestling pictorial. I'm using a Canon 7D mii with a Sigma 70-200, f2.8 sitting on a monopod.
I have been reading various post regarding photo programs for Post Production. I have used Photo Shop2 and Photo Elements years ago and have been using a low end PP up to now but feel I need to upgrade my PP program. With most of my photos being sports action and wildlife, is/are there PP programs that lean towards this type of photography or will most of them take care of what I need? Also with my family spread from the US to Scotland and Australia, do the photo programs have a photo website that I can setup for my family to view? These photos are much better then the last set I posted and their still room for improvement ie... not so tight on the shot and adjust my point of focus (this was single center fp. Maybe should of dropped down 1 mark). Again, thanks to everyone for you suggestions.

Wow, I am not an expert at photography, but I know a good picture when I see it. These are great!

I cleared out a small space to shoot portraits. It is only 9' wide and 12' long quite a difference from the 15'X30' I was used to shooting in before the move. My grandsons sat for about 5 minutes a piece to humor me and this is the results. They are 10 and 12 and sitting for photos is not high on their list. I was not sure I had the room for the light and reflector but they barely fit out of frame.

Beautiful Portraits, and cute kids!!

Beautiful image! Wish we'd get snow, at least once. Not much of it Central Texas though. At least I can see it through your lens, and your window. thanks for sharing!

Great shots! Love the contrast of the birds against the white snow, then add the water. Makes very interesting photos!
