I want to thank everyone that critiqued my photos. I knew that I had the right gear, but it was getting the right gear, on the correct settings and sitting in a good location that produce these photos at my grandson wrestling match. Although the opposing team didn't have a team member his weight class, I started clicking away at those that did. During the match, I was approached by 2 people from my grandsons school to share my photos in there yearbook and in the teams wrestling pictorial. I'm using a Canon 7D mii with a Sigma 70-200, f2.8 sitting on a monopod.
I have been reading various post regarding photo programs for Post Production. I have used Photo Shop2 and Photo Elements years ago and have been using a low end PP up to now but feel I need to upgrade my PP program. With most of my photos being sports action and wildlife, is/are there PP programs that lean towards this type of photography or will most of them take care of what I need? Also with my family spread from the US to Scotland and Australia, do the photo programs have a photo website that I can setup for my family to view? These photos are much better then the last set I posted and their still room for improvement ie... not so tight on the shot and adjust my point of focus (this was single center fp. Maybe should of dropped down 1 mark). Again, thanks to everyone for you suggestions.

Wow, I am not an expert at photography, but I know a good picture when I see it. These are great!

I find indoor school sports to be extremely challenging. Most have such poor lighting that it is near impossible to a decent shutter speed. You did very good here.

Put your photos in Dropbox and send your relatives a link. You can get 2GB of Dropbox free and by sending a link your family does not have to have Dropbox.

I didn't see the originals, but I think these look great. I tried taking photos at my granddaughter's volleyball game on Saturday, and I definitely have to rethink how I do things. Thanks for sharing your settings. I also have the 7d Mk ii, but I need a faster lens.

You are a great student. You took the info you got in your last post and made a huge leap in improvement. That’s what this forum was meant to do. Great job.

Great work, especially given you're pulling together a different equipment set and technical changes in exposure and focus. Keep going from here!

You mention not cropping so close. I'd suggest using a balance of both. The fourth from the top is a excellent example of having the two boys in the frame but you can see neither of their faces. From a "technical" standpoint, being a bit wider to not cut off the green wrestler's foot would be a better image. But, the bottom image and the fourth from the bottom would be great images with the dramatic expressions filling the frame.

Regarding software, Lightroom is the standard all the others are measured against. The tool is particularly effective and efficient at managing large groups of images and easily generating in batch versions of full-sized images resized to be shared on social media, via email, etc. The software has a learning curve, but they all do. Using LR gives the tools needed to efficiently manage (editing and image distribution) the large quantities of images generated by sports, events, airshows, rodeos, birds in flight and similar high volume events.

Farm girl, I had shot my grandsons other match with my Sigma 18-250, f3.5 in a gym that didn't have bright lighting. I was able to get ok photos, not the best. But my Sigms 70-200, f2.8, OS, DC, HSM, Macro made this match so enjoyable because of not having to mess with the camera trying to get the settings correct. Also, you may need a monopod for lens support.

Thank for all the supportive /thumbs up comments. Now I need to start working on framing the shot abit better. I liked how I was able to get the facial expressions of the combatants during their match. Have another wrestling tournament this wkend. Hopfully Carter will be able to have someone to go against here.
