Great set. How on earth did you do the red trolley car in the B&W photo?

Has the lens been dropped or banged? What caused the mark?

Please show a photo taken outside with greenery. I would like to have it. Assuming the photo is what I anticipate, I will pay your asking price via PayPal.

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I have several lightly used camera kits and was wondering if any of you have experience with reputable camera shops that buy used cameras. Thank you.

Used Photo Pro. I’ve done two transactions involving several pieces of kit. I couldn’t be more pleased with both the process and the prices received. I worked with Arlene Sheras, a real professional. She can be reached at 301 526 9065 (mobile). You won’t regret it.

We are attending a wedding in Washington, DC at the end of July, and plan to stay a few more days (Aug 1-5) for a short vacation. Looking for ideas as to how to spend the time. This is not our first trip, so we have already seen many of the touristy attractions. Need not be photography related, since my wife will be coming along. Interested to know what is open and what is still shut down. We do not plan to rent a car, since our hotel is downtown. Thanks for any ideas. Jess

Everything mentioned so far requires an appointment now! Perhaps this happened because of Covid, but trust me you should check websites and call. Our friends from CA last week wound up going from place to place thinking an opening might have occurred and saw nothing. No zoo, no Smithsonian.

I have recently sold a considerable amount of my old Canon and Contax equipment to Used Photo Pro via Arlene Sheras. I did a considerable amount of checking for prices on eBay and etc. Arlene looked at everything I wanted to sell in person. All in all I was very impressed with her professionalism, her careful examination of my items, and with the ultimate sale prices. She can be reached at 301 526 9065.

All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and recommend her without reservation.

I’m assuming this has sold.

It would be good, given all the parties that expressed interest, to let us know if it has been purchased.

If the prior Hogger does not follow through, I’d be happy to buy it.

Thanks.

I suggest you call Arlene Sheras at Used Photo Pro 301 526 9065. She is a very experienced, intelligent professional. At the least she will give you excellent advice. I’ve done two transactions with her and was very pleased. Mention my name if you wish.

It didn't take the Orioles long to find the grape jelly. They get excited and let everyone hear it.

Other birds enjoy it too.

How do you prevent ants from swarming over the jelly. (BTW, Great photos).

I have the Nikon Z6 with 24-70 and 24-200, as well as the Z50 with 16-50 and 50-250.
Should I keep my Fuji X100F as a 'general' walk around/street photography camera
(and for its B/W Acros feature) ? I do have issues and am somewhat inadept with its settings and features....
Appreciate any suggestions as to adding Nikon lenses, and/or ???
Thank you for your input. Ken

Ken,

I live in Bethesda (I’m also a “Ken”).

If you see a tall, grey-haired guy walking around with a Fuji X-100 V. That’s me.

I can’t imagine why you’d give up your Fuji. I was all in on Canon, and never give a moments thought to going back.

do people still refer to Fujifilm x pro line & x 100 line as the poor man's Lieca ?

I believe it is because the Fuji 100 series looks as cool as a Leica rangefinder.
