Great title...
Can use a bit of processing especially the highlights...

My wife (she has a PhyD in Neuro Psychology) and myself, (PHD in B.S.!) BOTH love this image. It is ART. It:
-Evokes an emotion.
-Great composition. (Takes your eye into the image, and leads it around.) The left arm helps to stablize everthing from becoming chaotic...
-Great Lines.
-Subtle coloring.
-Great use of highlights. (Stool tops...)
-Tells a story. (Check out the wallet hanging out of his rear pants pocket, and the "highlighted" watch...)
Awsome, (or as the kids say...) Da' BOMB!!!

Yes, good catch. If you took the time to make all those manual adjustments and think about composition, you would have lost the shot.

I need an imaginative caption for the photgraph of these peaks reflected in Bow Lake Alberta, Canada. It maybe selected for a corporate calendar where the subject is "mountain". All suggestions will be very welcome.

Wow... I am "not worthy!"

Bravo for picking a new, somewhat challenging, subject to photograph. So many of us fall into the boring trap of taking the same ‘comfortable’ shots, so it’s nice when one of us steps outside their comfort zone. Also good that you took the time to ‘see’ details like the shot of automotive wiring. IMHO, this was a successful series in all respects.

You are correct. Its tilted to the right by almost exactly 2.5 degrees off vertical.

I tend to agree. In fact it MIGHT make an even better composition to lower the left side of the image so that the subject matter (houses and boats) are "weaving upwards" to the right side...(?)

Very nice. There are some luxurious details could be hiding in the shadows. The highlights are close to spot on. Things seem to be leaning a bit to the right.

I like #4 (composition, negative space, contrast, and texture...) Like the "flow as well."
To me #1 has a lot of potential, but needs some Photoshop work. (Contrast, crop, and saturation...)
But overall a good beginning, (if it is...) to begin your "membership to the Club of Photographic Crazies!"

So according to this, a Supreme Court Judge is NEVER wrong, JUST the lower court ones, and ONLY they can interpret the constitution???
As to "following the constitution.." I see various players in the government wanting to CHANGE the constitution reflecting their subjective interpretation towards it...

btbg wrote:
Disagree with that. That would lead to the courts changing every time there is a change in political power with the president.

Instead I think that any federal judge except for the supreme court should be removed from office when they have been overturned by the supreme court five times.

That would get rid of bad lower court judges and make sure that judges followed the constitution.

I disagree with them being able to stay . "...as long as they find it tolerable."
This is why we end up with a bunch of "ol' foggys" making asinine laws that only THEY can ignore...
Let them serve a term then come back into the REAL world to LIVE in what THEY help create (or regressed to..)

Cut the pay and eliminate the benefits and they can stay as long as they find it tolerable.
Also, they must be required to live in the district that they represent. That would force Waters to make some kind of a move.

That should pertain to federal judges as well as any existing lifetime appointment.
