Is Topaz a stand-alone program, or does it have to be used with Photoshop?

Just an idea--how would the fourth one look with nothing but the bright yellow shoes in color?
Just try Googleing China Cheap Wholesale, and it may give you a web site where people have given reviews. I was looking at buying a Canon from Buy Here Photo.com and when I Googled them, I got several pages of very bad reviews. Needless to say,I looked further for the camera.
I bought one while in NYC a couple of years ago. It was taken from the top of the World Trade Center. No way I could do that one on my own!
Here's one of a star (Christmas lights) I did my moving the camera
Carolynrae, Hope you don't mind that I posted my try! It was super easy. Just gotta try a couple until you get the look you like. And it's one of those things that some folks will like, and some will go "WHY"??
I just looked, and it's on Elements 8 also.
Just goes to show that the best camera you can have is the one that you actually have with you!
I've sold a couple to friends, and it's a thrill to get a little money for your work. I've also donated to auctions, and it's also a thrill to see what they sale for! And, then you know they money is going to a cause you like and support.
I can't take credit for this one. My son did this one.
YooHoo!!!----Is there anybody out there???
I found this book on Amazon. Anybody used it, or know anything about it? Digital Expressions: Creating Digital Art with Adobe Photoshop Elements (Paperback)
by Susan Tuttle. Don't know if anything you could do in Photoshop would give the same effect, though. To me, I think it would be a lot more FUN if you went out and just played, and played , and practiced. It's a dreary day here in South Georgia, so I may just go and give this a try!
