My wife said the same thing. Just squeeze it a little.

This is a different take on a common fruit. Just thinking outside the box. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance

I am very curious. Why in the world would you take a $3000 loss on a new camera? It can't be old. Any dealer would buy it back for twice that amount. This sort of sounds like a case of "if it sounds too good to be true...." Sorry, but those are just my thoughts.

Molly: The camera in question is not current. It is true they did sell for the stated amount. What he is asking, is all the camera is worth on the used market. I picked up one of these bodies for what he is asking for his. It is a great camera for the money, especially if it hasn't been used a lot. The camera body is weather proof and has the fastest shooting speed of any of the canon bodies out there. It is a very heavy body to use, and you need to keep that in mind. Just my 2 cents worth.

I would like to see favorite photos of members water falls, stream beds that have been shot using different techniques other then shooting them straight on. Lets get creative and see some great images. I will start with a stream that runs through my back yard. I used a 9 stop ND filter to achieve this effect.

Rpavich: I might add that the same holds true whether you use a preset color balance or a custom color balance. I have always shot raw and by shooting raw you can set the color balance to anything that suits you. I then started using a custom color balance and couldn't believe the difference. Where it is going to make the biggest difference is with the people that shoot jpegs.

Got this one whilst walking through the fields swaying in the breeze

Teresa: I like the softness of this image. Everything doesn't need to be tack sharp. Well done.

Please critique.

Dr Rae: Both of your images are soft (not sharp) and could be cased by hand holding the camera, too slow of shutter speed, and asa was to low. Image #2 the exposure is off and the whites are blown out with not detail. I hope this helps the next time you photography the beautiful Lily's.

Gym: This is real close to the original image. Very little croping. I shoot everything as a raw image. I crop in the camera, so as to not lose any detail in the image. I then make a copy of the original as a jpeg to post on the web.

Thanks for your comments. This particular image was shot using an off camera flash with diffuser, with a very small f stop to get the great depth of field, using a tripod and remote shutter release.

I'm not trying to be finicky, but I love the photo, but see only one very, very, very minor flaw. I can see a stem coming up from bottom center, up to the last flower on the left. Barely noticable, but you might see it when printed. You might want to clone it out with some black right next to it. SORRY.

Yes you are right. My intention was to show the stems and anchor the image to the frame. I probably have 15 images in varied exposures, some showing the stems and some with no signs of the stems. Thanks for your comment.

That song has been on my mind the last few days, as I am heading that way tomorrow for about a week and I plan to take as many wildlife photos as I can.

I spent a part of the day earlier this week in Wyoming shooting some antelope photos, just to check out my new lens.

Here are a few samples from my new Zukio 300 2.8 lens.

I am sure i have a lot to learn about it, but I was pleased with many of the photos it rendered.

Jerry: I posted a couple more versions of the first photo. I just recalibrated my monitor which was not cheap when I purchased it. Do you still see the background cloth? Please let me know. Thanks.
