They are based in Brighton, UK, with an American connection. In the UK, they are regarded as a reliable s/h dealer, certainly in the top 3 or 4. Though I haven't dealt with them, I wouldn't hesitate to. Hope this is of some help.

Interesting post and a strange coincidence, as I googled SS Montgomery just yesterday evening. As Al says, it is closer to Sheerness, that's why I couldn't spot the wreck from Sarfend Pier last week. A visit is on my short term agenda. I love Sarfend, my day at the seaside, as a child on the street/pub annual 'Beano'. For older 'kids' it's famous for hen/stag parties, unplanned pregnancies and fisticuffs. It's neighbour, Leigh on Sea is unrivalled for seafood, local cockles, whelks from Norfolk and jellied eels. The tiny brown shrimps are to die for. I'll second Al's warning about that river, it's treacherous, even in central London, but I love it!

Sorry, I don't accept the bible as a source of reference as I'm an Atheist.
