I agree with you that it's far from over, but to just throw another thing out, why would KJU ever trust Trump knowing his history and how he just stomped on his friends in Canada? I realize Trump heaped praise upon KJU as I'm sure they did him. I just don't, in the least, understand how anyone could be swayed by Trump knowing how h**ed he is in his own country.

I DO NOT WANT Trump to fail no matter how much I detest him. I don't want a war with ppl getting maimed and k**led and fear that will be the alternative. Maybe they will appeal to each other because they are both essentially evil ppl. wanting only what satisfies themselves and not caring for their countries or the ppl.

It's just seems too simple, I don't know how we'd ever see a transcript of a meeting of two ppl with no notetakers. With such liars, who knows what was discussed. Probably just a rookie mistake. For this to work, you must admit Trump will have to gain patience, something the four yr. old personality isn't known for. I just hope no new wars...

Trump seems to think that any treaty he signs is just something that can be torn up as a tool when negotiating with someone else. He's just shafted S Korea, why would KJU think he wouldn't do the same to him?

Unfortunately, we are. It's just taking a little longer than expected.

Poor Poor little Wellhiem, hey how are those no go zones coming along in yours and other countries in the EU.

No "no-go zones" here. Even if there were, it would have nothing to do with NK.

How does it contribute anything, to this wonderful photography site?

I would get rid of it if were running the show. Imagine how many trolls, ill behaved people and the ones that really have absolutely no interest what-so-ever in photography, would all disappear! B^)

I've answered this on a different thread. It's all about the advertisers.

Why have a non-photography/attic category in the first place? How does it contribute to this site?

I would get rid of it if were running the show! Imagine how many trolls and ill behaved people would disappear? Yeah!

Unfortunately, the attic is the most used section. It keeps the advertisers happy.

Why can't the makers of sliced loaves get together with the makers of electric toasters, and decide what size a slice of bread should be?

So I'm guessing you thought it was OK for HRC to delete & whitewash emails, destroy cell phones and laptops with hammers, etc ?...Bad enough that she had a private server in her closet with government correspondence on it and for classified emails to be on Huma's husband's laptop as well as hers when they held no proper security clearance. You berate DJT yet give HRC a pass... How biased of you..

That's one hell of a guess considering you have nothing to base it on.

As an Example, my Nikon D850 set at 1/4000 (manual mode), the next jump is 1/5000. Why can I not choice 1/4500 or 1/4250, as an example? I was under the impression that manual meant manual? Am I missing a step regarding this category?

I suppose that theoretically there's no reason why a camera can't be made that allows you to set a shutter speed at a millionth of a stop. I'm not familiar with the Nikon D850, but I assume that you select the shutter speed by scrolling through those available using a dial. It would take a long time to scroll through a million speeds just to alter by one stop. The fact is that there has to be an increment by which the shutter speed can be moved, and so even if it was set at a millionth of a stop, then there would still be a setting between that you wouldn't be able to set. 1/3 of a stop has been decided upon because it's good enough. May I just ask if there's a reason why you would want to set such a precise speed?

BULLSH*T. Every word you wrote, including "the" and "not."

I also notice that you are totally fine with the moslem rape gangs roaming the streets and raping girls.

And you really don't know the meaning of "freedom of speech." The GOVERNMENT did not descend on that worthless Canadi***t "comedienne" Samantha Bee and d**g her to jail for saying "cunt" in TV.

You truly are ignorant.

I was defending a decision to lock a guy up, in order to prevent him from broadcasting information, that could have resulted in a miss trial, thus allowing a Muslim rape gang to walk free. How do you get that I'm totally fine with the Muslim rape gangs roaming the streets and raping girls, from that?

Just bear in mind that it may become difficult to handhold at longer zooms. In these cases, you would be better off cropping a sharper image than having a viewfinder full of camera shake.

Rule #1: Ignore Snopes.

Actually the reason it was even brought up here is that in the USA, we think freedom of speech is universal and we keep forgetting that the USA is unique in the world in that respect. Also, most people here do not realize the UK does not have a constitution and the attendant bill of rights; it's all a mishmash of laws and rules.

I think what shocked us the most about that incident is they sent 7 officers to arrest him, (not even tell him to move along or wh**ever,) d**g him to court where he was tried, found guilty and sentenced to 13 months in jail, and then packed away to said jail inside of 5 hours. That's usually done in banana republics, Soviet block countries (the good old days,) and moslem countries. We never expected it from the UK, but then again, we never expected the UK government to turn a blind eye at rampant industrial-scale rape of young children by the moslems in your country and that needs to be covered up and ignored, obviously.

But then again: Jimmy Savile.
Rule #1: Ignore Snopes. br br Actually the reason... (show quote)

The reason he was descended upon with such force and not just told to move along, is that he had been ordered to stop several times before. He was running the risk of the trial being declared a miss-trial because of his actions. He was broadcasting live so the damage was being done as he was doing it, so he had to be stopped immediately. There would have been no point in giving him a trial date in a couple of months time. It may seem that we have a mishmash of laws and rules, that's because we've been around long enough, well over 250 years if you can imagine such a thing, to realise that one size rarely fits all, sometimes you need to look at individual cases. No-one is turning a blind eye here. This guy is being kept out of the way so that he can't destroy the case against these people.
Given the events in Hollywood that have recently come to light, are you sure you want to talk about Jimmy Savile?

Snopes may appear to be left-wing, but that's only because they disprove a lot of right-wing bulls**t. And, at the moment, there is a lot of right-wing bulls**t out there. Although I'm not sure how much of this right-wing bulls**t is started by left-wingers in an attempt to make the right look bad.

As for freedom of speech: We're allowed to say "cunt" on television. And, nobody gets pissed off when someone insults one of our politicians.

I think I may have given the wrong impression here. I'm not trying to be rude or sarcastic. There seems to be a couple of ways that people say it. Sometimes they say "nice camera" as you may say "nice car" if someone pulls up alongside you in a carpark. Other times they say "that's a nice camera" as if they're telling you something you didn't already know. It's the latter that gets me confused.
It's probably just an inflexion in their voice that I obviously can't describe here.
