This one make total sense. It was answered in a book called Freakonomics. They make ALL ATMs with braille because it is cheaper than to make some with and some without, and then you could only use the ones without in drive-ups.

This was really funny stuff but I agree, the Trump/DeNiro comments aren't necessary regardless of which opinion you adhere to.
