Reliability is key. Why spend thousands on a camera and lens only to put a cheap card in it. With SanDisk ans Lexar cards I have never had a problem. I have used Transcend cards but the transfer speeds don't compare well against SanDisk or Lexar cards. I have found Transcend cards to be reliable but have slower read/write speeds. I tried a number of cheaper cards and ran into a few problems with them being unable to be read after a while- I will not mention any of the brands that I had problems with.
