I haven't shot much in the last two years, the spirit is always willing but the body has been weak. Hopefully, this year will be different. These two are from two years ago are uncropped with minor adjustments to the exposure that seem to bring out the colors. Critiques are always welcomed.
Keep waking up early Dave! :))
beautiful picture, from the colors to the lady's expression. The colors remind me why I used to love using Portra film. I think it's the closest film ever got to slides in saturation.

Do you have something against Black people?
Sure seems like it.
The only people he h**es more than b****s are Arabs and Muslims in general. He's been posting crap like this one as far as I can remember.
If he doesn't come back, at least he left you something to remember him by. They are all beautiful.
Welcome to the Hog! Which church is this and where is it located? Really nice shot. Great details and not too much contrast. I really like it.
You are so right. Other than those rare occasions like the last "Jazz at the white house" under President Obama, it seems you can only find performances like these on PBS. That particular performance stays with me not only because of the quality of the broadcast but also the personnel, which included Al Jarreau in what might have his last live performance before he passed away this year.
Regarding this post, I have to admit that Sonny Rollins is in a class by himself.
Fantastic light. Very nice!
His music never seems to get old.
His "Time" is definitely different. I almost can't put him in the background while doing something. His rhythm pulls me in and almost demands my full attention so, I mostly enjoy him "Straight, no chaser", get my meaning? :)

Thanks. I really wish everyone could see communism in action. It would remind us of how great we have it![/quote]
That's not communism in action, that's the effect of years of the US embargo on a small country. In the meantime, we deal with China and Russia and that's ok.
Very Nice! Make sure you don't ever loose #'s 1 & 3, they are really great captures you may never be able to duplicate. Keep shooting the little fellow :)
Well done! #s 2&5 are my favorites.
Best moon shot I've seen in a long while. What did you shoot with?
