First picture looks like San Diego with the Coronado Island bridge on the right, the other ones look like the west and southside of Point loma . I was stationed at Point Loma at the sub base about 100 years ago. Was a real nice place.

Check out the Pentax WG-III it is a great point and shoot, takes great photographs and has an abundance of functions. The macro is especially impressive, takes photos like a microscope if you choose. This camera is also tough (why I bought it) it is waterproof down to 45 feet. Dustproof and shock resistant, about the size of a pack of 100mm cigarettes. My other point and shoot is a Canon G-9, both give great pictures. Good luck in your choice.
