Interesting side topic. A major downside of mirrorless cameras is how easy dust gets on the sensor. Thus I try to minimize changing my les in the field. Thus I might use a 24-70 range on my Sony A7R4 and use my Sony RX100 VII for the 70-180 range, if I need a longer reach. When I go to Iceland in December,if I am shooting while it is snowing, I am not going to want to change my lens.
The practical side of using two cameras.
Thanks for pointing that out since I occasionally change a lens in the field and I am getting my first mirrorless by Christmas.
I'm getting a Sony A7RII once again I'm going used and a couple generations old but for a third the cost of the current one.
