Stunning. Can't pick a favorite.
Tough choice but I'll go with A by a slim margin. Love the color in the plant and the subtle background. But there's nothing wrong with B.
Great shot. That cloud is what makes it for me. The tree is not a problem.
Very nice. Many folks think autumn is over but these prove there are still some nice scenes if you look closely.
Beautiful shot. The touch of fog adds a nice mood.
Welcome aboard. This site is very helpful - and fun, too.
Taken on a "puffin cruise" last summer
I finally rented out the hollow tree stump in my yard.
Very interesting comments. One thing about Adams was that he spared no effort to do it as well as could be done.
Ansel had much higher standards than most of us. Speaking of Ansel Adams, about 2 years ago I saw some of his prints at an art museum. These were mostly 8x10 contact prints and I couldn't help notice that they were not all that sharp by today's standards. Technology has come a long way.
A little nudity never hurt anybody.
Excellent lighting. This is a shot I probably would have missed if I were there.
