Hello friends! I miss you folks so this must be a good time to say hello and post a picture I took this fall of Mount Adams here in Washington. The fresh snow is nice as is the lenticular cloud. I had no way of removing the tree in the center though. If any of you are from around here check out Lower Lewis (river) Falls which is near this location.

Very nice shot of Mt Adams and its special cloud. At altitude of about 12000 feet it does change the local weather-forming features. Jim

Thank you Rufus. I am in Lakewood, and I see you are nearby? Thanks again and good shooting to you. Are you getting some autumn shots?

Thank you very much Geoff. Perhaps I should try to quit looking at that tree in the center....:)

I have no problem with any of the foliage, It would only come into to plat if it drew you away from the point of interest, and for me it doesn't. If a magazine or photo library wanted out they would with your permission remove it,

Geoff

Hi Ernie! This is a pretty awesome shot for me. I don't think I have ever seen a Lenticular cloud! That is a beautiful thing!!! And I think the tree really adds to the shot. Thank you my friend for sharing!

Hi Ernie-welcome back! A beautiful shot that the cloud really makes special. No real reason to remove the tree, either, as it adds a bit of foreground interest. Nice one!

Thats just so amazing. Great timing on catching the cloud. It's my understanding they may not last long. The download is just gorgeous.
