Thanks - that's not to far from me.
Beautiful - I just saw some in a park and grabbed some of the seeds for my house
Hi!
I recently was given an exposed roll of 620 negative film that is C-22. My local camera shop said I couldn't get it developed anywhere in the US. I figured the HOGS might know where I could get it developed. It came from a 91 year old adventurer and I'd love to see what's on it - if it survived being I a drawer for years. Thank you - I really enjoy trolling the topics and have learned a lot.
I have the Tampon 150-600 I'm 68 and have no problem using it with a monopod. My walk around lens is the Tampon 18-400 --- exceptional sharpness and light enough for hikes.
Love both - but the tin type is awesome.
I knew Thunderbolt - went out on several adventures with him. His daughter has taken over the business. He was a very nice man.
I took pictures from a mule in the Grand Canyon. A VR lens and a faster shutter speed. I also got a cool shot of the shadows from the Arizona fire in a moving car (I was a passenger) that did well in a club competition.

That would make a beautiful Christmas card.

Are you interested in selling the teleconverter?
Moon photo shot with Nikon 500 - forgot to add that.
The attached photo was shot in daylight using this lens. The lens was at 300mm 1/500 F25 iso10000. It was handheld, but I think it's best to use a tripod or mono pod with this lens.
