I managed to get out of the house early yesterday morning and was rewarded with fresh snow and nice light.

Thanks gleneric - I appreciate your comments. It was snowing pretty heavily yesterday morning and usually I get right out and start shoveling. But I wanted to get out with camera in hand, and left it for later. Then the weather warmed up and melted all the snow by itself, so procrastinating paid off.
