I like the pictre the way is,if one is protraing emotion or a feeling, B&W is best, in this case it is an abadoned, and with all the space around it gives that feeling and raises the question why? How did it come to be there. nice photo, nice comments as well indicating the different perspectives of what we see.
Yes and I still use it, I used the little guide that came in a box of Kodak film first, many say digital is so much easier and I find that to be true if used as point & shoot, but with film I soon learned the settings and rarely needed any guide. I really miss film,my 2 Pentax cameras need some TLC and I will again use them
Quite true, one of the best photos I have seen was a ballet dancer in piroett(sp) feet about 6 inches off the floor, a little blur to emphasize movement, taken with a Kodack Brownie. I got great pictures with my Pentax MX and the suggestions from inside of a box of Kodak film, after awhile I didn't need that. My stepdaughter just gave me a Canon TX, its manual is huge, I set it on manual and use it like the Pentax.
