I'm working on the collision part, got the upward water drop down pat. Got an idea on a homemade device to have the correct timing on the second drop. (Side note: I lived in Sarasota for about 35 years, now in Colorado.)
Wonderful experience, love it!
I worked at a camera store in Elkhart, IN during some of my teenage years in '49 - '52. I do remember the Von-L developer on the shelves having few customers using it. I had a 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 Speed graphic that the owner let me use. Used Microdol in my sheet film tank. Those were the years. I have converted some of those pics by scanning. Some not bad, for about 70 years old. Digital sure easier for an old man. Long live the DSLR.
Also Sheephead, eating size, scales like steel plate, many have met their demise on the end of my rod! (When I lived in Florida)
I lived in Florida for many years, photographed many Ibis, never saw the Glossy.
Great shot with P1000. Stop to think about it, might have seen one at Myaka State Park east of Sarasota, but didn't get a shot.
I like the jars, also like the lack of saturated color in the photo!
I have the complete Evolt E300 . I think with at least two maybe three lens that I don't use. Let me know if interested. CrazyLarry
Just one word: WONDERFUL!
I completely agree with Dixiegirl, one of the best posted in recent days. Love it!
Great stuff, love old planes!
I'm 83 and take instruction very well. When my wife says 'Shut up", I do!!
Beautiful duck, and great shot!
I was in one of those in the 50's when we had a fire on board and we all had to put on a parachute, the five of us never had a experience in jumping. There were a many nervous faces among us. Got the fire out and landed somewhere in Utah OK!
I lived in Sarasota for 35 years, now in Colorado. Myakka State Park near Sarasota, has lots of water birds and alligators.
I have an E300, good camera, but I went to Canon about a year after I purchased, got three lens and won several photo contest with photos from the E300. Now in storage under my bed with other outdated, but good cameras.
