Would you consider a used Olympus E-PL5 with the same sharp kit lens instead? I have a carefully stored E-PL5. It saw limited regular use before I began transitioning toward Fuji cameras. Sturdy all metal body. Nice handling. I have numerous accessories and would sell the whole package for a reasonable price, hoping to find it a good home. The Oly E400 has two more megapixels and uses the Kodak sensor (last one in the line) However, the 400 was not shipped to the US. It is usually found on british posters on eBay.
I liked my e420, but i "LOVED" my E400. Same size, much better sensor for color rendition and uses all the same lenses.
In fact I have found it easier to locate the E400 than the E420 due to limited mfr of the latter.
The kodak sensor will output better colors in the 400 than the sensor in the E420

I have the complete Evolt E300 . I think with at least two maybe three lens that I don't use. Let me know if interested. CrazyLarry
