Please make it simple for beginners. Moving subject then hold the appointed button and shutter release. Correct? Focus and recompose: hold the BBF button and then take photo or release BBF button and take pic?

OMG! My son and daughter-in-law each have one and the pics are incredible! You can produce that all black or all white background in the camera. I want one, but my iPhone XR is not even a year old!
Where in Va? ( I live there, too). The second has been around. Our colors on the coast are not good, yet this year. Too dry and warm.
