The 'i' versions of the EOS Rebel models are all slightly more advanced in technology and capabilities than the corresponding "non i" version of the same model series. The T6 is a fine entry-level DSLR and could easily be the only camera you need forever.

For the bundles, try for a body and only a single IS-enabled lens. Everything else in the bundle, including the EF 70-300 lens, is inferior and your money would be better spent buying higher quality filters, tripod, memory card, 2nd battery / charger, etc, individually, and only if / when needed. The Nikon D7200 is also a great body with the same comments about anything included in the bundle beyond the camera body and the single VR-enabled lens.
